Stress Relief Workshop

During this workshop you will:

– Understand how your nervous system reacts to stress
– Discover  tools that will help you build resilience
– Try various stress releasing techniques, such as breathing, meditation, and movement

About the teacher:
Anna Lisicka is a Movement and Mindfulness Facilitator, Yoga Teacher, and Ayurveda Consultant. Anna believes in a holistic approach to wellness, offering one-on-one support and group workshops. She is particularly interested in mind-body connection, tension release, mental health, and disease prevention, encouraging everyone to reconnect with their true self, listen to their body, and find the way back to balance.
