About Instructor
Emily is a former HR Director and Senior Vice President who’s delivered HR management across industries including FMCG, banking, professional services and silicone valley tech on 6 continents. She now consults on HR best practice as well as provides executive coaching and mentoring. Emily is cofounder of “Breadwinning Expat Ladies – Singapore”, a social support network for female professionals in Singapore who financially support their families.
Diora Henson is the General Manager of theAsianparent Singapore, a venture capital backed media-tech company focused on pregnancy and parenting. Diora has more than 15 years of experience within the media, advertising and consumer industries. With a focus on the consumer space, she has worked with various global brands to strategise and execute innovative brand solutions across the APAC region.
Mamta Melwani is the Senior Executive leading AWARE’s Workplace Harrasment and Discrimination Advisory. She received a B.S. in Public Affairs and Policy from Baruch College, New York, and worked with the New York State Legislature for policy reform on women’s rights issues, including sexual violence, health care and education. She advocates for women to have access to work that provides protection from gender-based discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment.
