Born in a village in East Java, Dhia Fairus’ aspirations and hard work have led to her achieving a full scholarship for her degree in Political Science and Music in New York, a solo concert in Abu Dhabi, and living in 10 countries!
Dhia has initiated several social impact projects including working alongside the Ministry of Manpower in Indonesia building “Human Trafficking Prevention” and empowerment programmes for human trafficking survivors, and kickstarting waste management programmes to work towards a circular economy in Bali.
Outside of her work, Dhia occupies herself with writing and producing her own music. Her lyrics touch on the beautiful dimensions of human lives, hoping to be an avenue of comfort and delicate strength to her listeners. In addition to her solo concert in Abu Dhabi, Dhia has worked with accomplished musicians and artists to bring her vision to life.
